There are so many different sake brands available in the US you could try. Luckily, I'm here and happy to be going through some of these brands available to shop.
I've had the pleasure of working directly with HeavenSake for the past year+ as one of their Sensei Somms - where I host tasting events for guests to drink their way through the HeavenSake portfolio.
Brand History:
HeavenSake was founded by Regis Camus, who served as the Chef de Cave (Cellar Master) at Rare Champagne for over 30 years! Camus discovered his love for Sake and founded HeavenSake as a brand focusing on utilizing the art of French Champagne assemblage applied to sake.
What is assemblage? Often times assemblage is colloquially referred to as blending - but blending not with the purpose of stretching the product, rather with the intent to highlight unique complexities and characteristics of the beverage.
Brand Portfolio:
Camus and HeavenSake as a brand work together with breweries in Japan to create a new and unique assemblage from already existing sake. There are 4 primary bottles available in the HeavenSake portfolio, with a current 5th exclusive bottle recently released.

Prestige I: Regis Camus & Noguchi Naohiko
Noguchi "The God of Sake" Naohiko is a name that truly speaks for itself for a master who dedicated over 70 years of his life perfecting his craft. A sake of that caliber needs a home as fitting - Prestige I is stored in a bottle by Arita Porcelain Lab.
